Social Media Coordinator

Bucket Listers is the leading source for discovering the best things to do around the world. Our curated guides to cities like NYC, Chicago, LA, and London on Instagram, Facebook, and Web/Email inspire 10 million followers to get out and explore.

Bucket Listers is growing and looking for someone who lives and breathes partnership building and sales. This individual will have the opportunity to work with the most incredible brands/businesses as they chart their course for reaching the localized, highly engaged, and experience hungry demographic across our extensive portfolio of social media channels

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to create custom media campaign strategy
  • Project manage day to day client operations, being the key point of contact, liaison and trusted advisor for our B2B partners
  • Craft engaging content optimized for specific platform use and intended audience (e.g. Instagram, Facebook) 
  • Schedule and deploy daily customized content
  • Update daily, weekly and monthly reports tracking campaign performance
  • Analyze and communicate each campaign’s detailed performance
  • Develop and manage both editorial & client web content
  • Stay current with social media trends and tools – includes attending networking and educational events
  • Available to attend events on a monthly basis (usually no more than 1-2) on behalf of Bucket Listers, potentially outside of standard hours

Qualifications:

  • Passion for exploration and the Bucket Listers’ mission
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of social media marketing experience
  • 1-3 years of account management experience
  • Experienced Instagram user
  • Experience working with or for top digital agencies, a plus
  • Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns
  • Passionate about the media industry landscape, trends and competitive offerings
  • History of building strong relationships through high levels of customer service, integrity, and professionalism. 
  • Hyper-organized and strong multi-tasker who can easily manage numerous partnership campaigns simultaneously
  • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to build and grow a business
  • Experience with G-Suite and Asana preferred
  • Bonus points for experience using Streak CRM, Photoshop, and Buffer
  • Be happy, smile, and bring a positive attitude to our Soho office
