We are looking for an ad tech guru who, as a Solutions and Implementation Consultant, wants to help our customers achieve rapid success on our platform.

You will work closely with the Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams to provide solutions for Beeswax’s newest customers and prospects while managing their initial implementations through to a steady-state.

This role requires engaging with both large enterprise clients and small nimble startups to ensure their technical needs are met, issues are resolved with speed and quality, and toughest questions are answered about our bidder-as-a-service platform prior to and during their implementation phase. You will be responsible for their initial adoption of features, goaled with ensuring customers move through a proof of concept phase and become full-term customers who spend at scale on our platform.

You will also be responsible for re-engaging with existing customers that are now looking to implement new complex features and need specialized technical expertise.

Responsibilities include:

  • Become a product and domain expert in real-time bidding and digital advertising
  • Deeply understand customers technical requirements and offer them technical solutions
  • Elicit customers’ technical and business KPIs, and define the success criteria of proofs of concept
  • Develop custom launch plans that will steer a trial toward successful throughput and a customer toward scaled spending
  • Manage implementation projects and ensure a client’s first campaigns meet expectations
  • Build a trusted relationship with customer stakeholders, particularly in ad ops, engineering, and product roles
  • Consult prospective clients on Beeswax technical specifications and recommendations
  • Provide ongoing feedback to product and engineering to offer scalable solutions for our customers
  • Go deep to troubleshoot customer issues and manage more complex issues that require product and engineering resources through to resolution

Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-7 years of work experience in a technical customer facing or support role in AdTech
  • 2-3 years of project management experience
  • Knowledge of Javascript, JSON, HTML, and SQL
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Passion for and pride in your work and your customers’ satisfaction
  • Outstanding technical communication--both written and oral--and comfortable in front of strategic customers and senior level executives
