The vision of Vimeo Business Operations is “to make every Vimeo function wildly successful with stellar people, process and tooling”. A key component of this vision is to create and scale an Order Management function for the Vimeo Sales ad Self Serve organization.

What you’ll do:

• Create and scale a sales facing Global Deal desk. This function will assist in all deal related activities, such as managing all of the appropriate approvals and acting as a liaison to other functions such as Finance and Customer Support.
• Create and scale an Order Validation group. This group will review all of the details of a closed won opportunity and ensure everything is accurate and all of the supporting documentation is completed.
• Manage the License and Provisioning function. This includes all of the processes that ensure the customer receives access to the products purchased.
• Drive operational scalability through automation, standardizing and simplifying business processes
• Ensure revenue integrity and deliver successful financial quarter close

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

• 8+ years of Order Management experience using Salesforce
• Extremely detailed oriented and process driven. You love checklists and follow through on each and every step
• Have built this function from scratch and made it scale
