Job Title: Sr. Manager, Traceability, Tapestry
Primary Purpose: Tapestry’s 2025 Corporate Responsibility strategy, Our Social Fabric, unites teams across our businesses to meet our 2025 Corporate Responsibility Goals and a shared objective: to create a modern luxury company of the future that balances fashion authority with meaningful, positive change. The Sr. Manager, Traceability will lead Tapestry’s global supply chain mapping and traceability projects and operations, with a focus on identifying and developing strategies to mitigate risk and create positive environmental impact.

- Research, assess and implement industry best practices and regulatory traceability and certification requirements
- Implement process to map and analyze Tapestry’s global raw material supply chain
- Develop a clear traceability strategy and work with internal partners to recommend and implement process or systems that best suit the organization and meet global traceability requirements
- Partner with industry associations, Tapestry product sustainability team and certification groups to influence and provide a business perspective on the impact of and response to traceability and certifications
- Conduct analysis of business impact and recommendations for Tapestry’s response to proposed traceability or certification requirements
- Support Tapestry compliance responsibilities for regulations / requirements relating to raw materials and supply chain
- Support the Tapestry brand teams with the creation of customer-facing messaging around key materials or certifications
- Work with product and material sustainability functions to drive success of public sustainability goals

- Strong project management and organization skills, ability to prioritize time and tasks, and solve problems
- Clear communication skills and the ability to break complex topics into easy-to-understand and actionable pieces of information across all levels of the business
- Strong analytic skills and the ability to use data as a storytelling tool
- Experience with product development processes and product data management
- An understanding of product and material sustainability issues. Knowledge of specific certification and traceability within the apparel, accessories, and footwear industry a plus
An outstanding professional will have...
- 6-8 years of work experience in accessories, textiles, apparel, footwear or adjacent consumer goods industry
- 4+ years professional expertise in supply chain, material development & manufacturing
- Experience working with and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience with data visualization tools and geographic information systems, a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in areas of supply chain management, business, or textile/apparel or engineering. Social or environmental studies a plus.
