We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Salesforce Administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly meet with stakeholders to identify how the Salesforce can add business value to their work, and communicate findings to lead architect.
  • Research different options for achieving requested business goals within Salesforce, including available native functionality and managed packages
  • Work with business stakeholders to record business needs and draft solutions for various initiatives, document specific requirements. Communicate with other members of the Salesforce team to surface those business needs and to help build and revise implementation plans.
  • Proactively use in-depth understanding of the business to design and curate reports, dashboards, and listviews to enhance business productivity
  • Implement and test assigned configuration backlog items (process builders, flows, approval processes, dashboards)
  • Be an active participant in the sprinting process and issue tracking, independently picking up work and moving issues forward to maintain team velocity.
  • Work and develop collateral in compliance with Salesforce team processes, customization standards, technical design documents, platform architectural initiatives, and leadership direction.
  • Work with dev team to maintain documentation and product model of existing Salesforce customization. Assist with training of end-users.
  • Provides second level user support on SFDC that enable internal business teams. 
  • Design and perform expected data loads, data exports, and data transformation, data enrichment and data cleanup, and other data-management tasks.
  • Assist with or execute on approved routine org maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong people skills and ability to facilitate planning meetings with business stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Information Systems, or related field
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, process automation, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management System or Database Management
  • In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience assisting administration of Salesforce.com instances is acceptable.
