We are looking for an exceptional consumer experience associate who will own the consumer interaction for this venture. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, thoughtful, and passionate about creating a memorable consumer experience and building strong relationships with our consumers. Are you passionate about the consumer experience? As a Consumer Experience Associate you will provide premium, personal service, across a variety of communication platforms. You and your fellow team-members will be responsible for ensuring that our consumers receive the best possible service and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Engage consumers in a meaningful way leveraging our digital platform in a manner consistent with the company's mission, brand and reputation
- Deliver amazing customer support through text, live chat, and email
- Ensure all consumer needs are met, including answering their questions, connecting them with beauty service providers, and resolving any issues
- Regularly communicate with consumers to ensure expectations are met
- Stay actively informed about the beauty and aesthetic services associated with the venture
Skills and Experience
- A passion for the consumer and their experience
- Demonstrated consumer focus
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience and education
- 2+ years of experience working in customer service involving a high degree of customer interface, experience within the beauty or aesthetic markets preferred
- Experience working within a regulated industry preferred
- Excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills
- Proven success at sales and/or customer service over text, chat, phone, or email, involving a significant operations component
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple, different work streams and tools
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to work with demanding consumers
- Willingness to work hard and have fun
- Ability to type in excess of 45 WPM with 95% accuracy
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and balanced decision-making skills
