As a Strategic Client Partner at Uber for Business, you'll act as a trusted advisor to our Strategic Enterprise customers and ensure their success and growth. Help customers achieve business value and get the most out of their investment. In addition, drive increased value, retention, customer satisfaction and ultimately expansion while unlocking use cases that assists our customers in adopting our platform.
Ultimately, your goal is to retain and grow Strategic Global Accounts to $10M in Annual Recurring Revenue or more. In this position, you'd work closely customers to learn their challenges and goals. You'll be a consultant on the U4B platform to create solutions that will help them reach their goals within their global organizations. Another aspect of the role is owning the day to day execution of the client success strategy, as well as identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision makers within the executive teams of our customers. You'll collaborate with internal customers and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
We're looking for a self starter who forms strong relationships, assesses opportunities, develops informed solutions, and delivers measurable results! It's important to have a deep understanding of the way businesses operate and what drives decisions from the C-Level to identify challenges that map back to our solutions. Most of all, we need someone who is passionate about helping customers achieve their business goals!
What You'll Do

  • Assist with implementation of our platform and identify expansion opportunities in each account to drive value for both the customer and the business.
  • Produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of performance, aggregate feedback, and share findings that will be the foundation of this growing team for long-term sustained success.
  • Develop a strong client profile that includes their business drivers and strategies, competitive position in the marketplace and industry trends.
  • Build, improve, and foster long term client relationships and communication at the C-level, with key executives, decision-makers and influencers.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to assess the health and satisfaction of the customer, their needs, achievements, and metrics for success.
  • Partner with your respective Strategic AE to grow and proliferate the Uber for Business platform across multiple lines of business, products, and services for current customers.
  • Act as an advocate for customers, internally conveying their customer-specific needs across the organization to ensure accurate alignment and prioritization of resources.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years in successful relationship experience in the Enterprise segment
  • 5+ years experience with progressive responsibility in Customer Success
  • 5+ years of B2B experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven track record handling a business with sales metrics to achieve sales goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years successful relationship experience in the Enterprise/Strategic segment
  • 7+ years experience with progressive responsibility in Customer Success
  • Experience in Consulting, Technology or Financial Services industries
  • Experience working with B2B decision makers
  • Experience working in a global role across multiple time zones and developing/implementing global account plans including forecasting the business
  • Experience in initiating and developing ecosystem relationships relevant to the business and operating effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience influencing, negotiating, collaborating, communicating and presentation skills
  • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
  • Problem solver with strong organizational skills and a data-driven approach, with a proven track record of delivering measurable financial results through sales or account management solutions
  • Experience partnering with and presenting to senior leaders, excellent verbal and written communication skills

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $122,000 per year - $135,500 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered sales bonuses & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
