As a Strategic Customer Success Manager you will be a member of Newsela’s Customer Success Team. You will work with a dedicated subset of top tier clients to guide them through each step of their customer journey. By leveraging your industry expertise combined with regional/account knowledge, you will develop a strategic plan for each account that leads to a personalized customer experience. By becoming a trusted advisor to your clients, they will renew, expand and become true Newsela partners.
