Strategic Engagement Lead
At Hive, we’re hiring a Strategic Engagement Lead to drive transformational business change at our strategic global customers. In this role, you will lead the engagement at the top levels of the business, set the direction for how Hive is solving the core business challenges, and outline the transformation plan that gets us there. You’ll form strategic advisor relationships with CEOs, COOs, CMOs and GMs while also understanding the business processes by engaging with end users at the business directly. You’ll be results and outcomes focused, establishing a vision for how Hive can move their business forward, determine the steps needed to achieve that vision, and drive those processes forward.
You will partner with the Sales team, and the Implementation Manager focused on agency implementations.
You’ll be great in this position if you:
- Bring at least 4 years of professional work experience in leading and facilitating executive conversations and working sessions, delivering and preparing presentations with at least 2 years in a consulting role
- Have proven success in launching new products, services and technology solutions to F500 audience
- Communicate & listen with ability to credibly and confidently engage executives
- Excel at quickly understanding, and digging into a client’s business
- Have exceptional problem solving, project management, and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Own setting the customer engagement strategy, communications plan, onboarding roadmap and transformation plan for your assigned accounts
- Establish credibility and customer confidence by implementing regular customer communication, in-person visits and performance reviews
- Understand and effectively communicate Hive’s value proposition as they relate to the growth of current accounts
- Identify expansion opportunities, and develop strategic plan to achieve target expansion goals; hit or exceed these revenue goals
- Proactively work with Customer Success Manager to achieve adoption targets of Hive at our top strategic accounts, and identify roadblocks or issues proactively
- Lead executive training sessions, facilitate QBRs and renewals
