The newly created Operations team will exist to empower the organization with resources to efficiently and effectively scale, expand, and pivot to achieve the company's global growth objectives.

As a Strategic Initiatives Director, you will be responsible for developing long-term and near-term company strategy and running internal consulting projects (strategy development & execution). This position reports directly to the SVP of Operations and will partner with the following teams Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Product, R&D, and People/Talent.

Your responsibilities:

• Partner with the Executive team and senior leadership to define the company vision and strategy
• Work with the business to screen, select, manage, and drive the execution of complex, cross-functional, and high impact initiatives (examples of projects would be pricing, new geographies to open, M&A, etc.)
• Help run the cross-functional and cross-region strategic planning process, ensuring clear expectations, quality strategy development, and buy-in from all parts of the company
• Execute complex financial modelling and discover, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to perform strategic analysis and research
• Foster continuous process improvement by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement

Your qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a well-established consulting firm 
• Experience in corporate strategy, simplifying and solving complex and ambiguous problems
• Experience with the use of business intelligence tools and processes
• Business insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
• Successful track record partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders
