Strategic Operations Manager, Sales Ops
About the Role
The Sales Operations team is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to craft strategies, design solutions and execute on optimization initiatives that deliver value to the highest-level company priorities. In this team we develop and implement the framework for effective merchant acquisition, and the team will deliver these operational improvements by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Primary responsibilities will include building out dashboards and processes, launching new target setting for the acquisition team, and delivering analyses that identify key opportunities to reduce the time and cost it takes to get a new partner acquired.
What you will do

  • Dig into the data, using quantitative and qualitative analyses that recommend acquisition strategies that are in line with business goals
  • Partner with a variety of stakeholders to both influence and deliver on funnel optimization projects, and these strategies will be backed by data-supported recommendations
  • Drive key pivotal initiatives to optimize launch and go-to-market, increase sales efficiency, and support aggressive OKRs
  • Understand the entire end-to-end sales process, implementing processes which remove points of friction and streamline the acquisition workflow, while growing seller productivity


What you have

  • Outstanding analytical and operational skills: Ability to identify meaningful insights from complex data, and strong experience with data analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization tools
  • Proven ability to look at problems creatively: Ability to deliver outstanding results to the most complex problems, by identifying issues and being able to clearly identify and monitor impact
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity: Ability to manage and deliver end-to-end projects with autonomy, where urgent versus important requests are easily balanced in the faced paced environment


Who you are

  • Data-driven executor: Experience working with large sets of structured and unstructured data and synthesizing into business insights (e.g., using SQL, Excel, Salesforce)
  • Relationship builder: Experience effectively communicating with executives and cross-functional teams while creating a collaborative work environment, and understanding problems from diverse perspectives
  • Bias towards action: Experience finding the context and information needed through relationships across the organization, and constantly pushing for clarity and delivery


Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of analytical, operational, or strategy experience
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, SQL
  • A proven track record of collaborating across departments and all levels of leadership
