About the Role
The Uber Eats Sales Operations team, which develops and implements the framework for effective restaurant acquisition, is looking for an Enterprise Sales Operations Manager.
On the Enterprise Sales Operations team, we're paving the path for the strategic growth of high-impact partnerships. We build the infrastructure to support our sales teams and provide them with scalable processes to help accelerate selection on Uber Eats. You'll dig into the data, using quantitative and qualitative analysis to recommend acquisition strategies that are in line with business goals. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who is both analytical and comfortable with operating autonomously.
What You'll Do

  • Sit at the intersection between Ops and Sales, translating business strategies and goals into impactful sales plans. You'll partner with Enterprise sales leadership to provide data-supported recommendations on all things sales.
  • Understand the entire end-to-end sales process, introduce tooling and implement processes that remove points of friction and streamline the restaurant acquisition workflow, increasing sales productivity.
  • Build Salesforce.com sales reporting and dashboards that serve as the foundation for regular business reviews that will lead to improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to craft, pilot, scale, and optimize programs to increase US/Canada restaurant acquisition, channel efficiency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate and closely partner with Sales, Territories, Merchant Operations, Strategy & Planning, Community Operations, Finance, Business Systems, Product, Legal/Compliance to ensure successful initiatives


Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of four years of experience in sales operations, analytics, operations, project management, management consulting or finance
  • A proven track record of collaborating across departments and all levels of leadership


Preferred Qualifications

  • The ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Analytical orientation, with an aptitude for framing business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and executing tactics and process improvements
  • You are skilled at project and process management such that you can easily balance urgent versus important requests, you can operate autonomously, and you flourish with ambiguity
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or other customer relationship management tools (CRM's) is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in SQL or a willingness to learn!

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $120,000 per year - $133,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $120,000 per year - $133,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
