How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

Joining Collibra’s Sales & Customer Success Enablement team, the Public Sector and Strategic Account Enablement Lead will be key to the success, growth and scale of these two sales teams. Our position in the Data Intelligence industry, where we help enterprise customers transform how they find and use data, and power digital transformation, requires a highly effective and skilled Public Sector sales organization and Strategic Account sales organization. Both teams will embrace the customer journey, work to understand customer challenges and business issues, frame solutions that deliver outcomes quickly, and build customer relationships in mission-driven environments. 

The Public Sector and Strategic Account Enablement Lead will drive onboarding, sales skill development and certification, and on-going role-based development to improve time to value for our customers and time to productivity for Collibra.  These programs include building enablement learning strategies, sales methodology and process enablement, skill certification and competency assessment programs, and drive requirements for content based on the strategic goals of these two organizations. The ideal candidate will have a good mix of Public Sector and Strategic Account familiarity, sales skill knowledge and business acumen, with strong learning and program management skills delivered in a fast-paced technical selling environment. 

The Public Sector and Strategic Account Enablement Lead at Collibra is responsible to:

  • Work with a broad set of highly focused sellers operating in Public Sector and Strategic Accounts
  • Understand the customer landscape, personas and buying journey in both market types
  • Build trust with sales management, sales leaders and individual sellers as an extended part of their sales organization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the People team, product marketing and customer success to align learning programs to gain maximum impact
  • Develop requirements for, prioritize, launch and measure enablement curriculum including such metrics as time to ramp, deal size and win rate unique to these routes to market

You Have:

  • Experience supporting, working with, and/or delivering enablement for Public Sector and Strategic Account teams including designing role-based learning programs 
  • The ability to perform detailed knowledge and skills needs assessments in coordination with the Public Sector and Strategic Account Sales leadership
  • The talent to translate and organize current and future behavior, skills and knowledge needs into an enablement program that can scale 
  • Familiarity with customizing a learning program, such as on-boarding, influencing and operating at a C-Level,  for a specific sales skill focus
  • A growth mindset that is transferable to your enablement approach

Reporting to Collibra’s VP of Sales Enablement, measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will assess Public Sector and Strategic Account needs, skills and gaps
  • Within your third month, you will refine and help facilitate onboarding for the Public Sector and Strategic Account teams
  • Within your sixth month, measure success by evaluating the overall business impact of training and enablement, time to productivity and cross-functional collaboration.
