The Customer Success team is responsible for Client and Provider relationships across our customer base and across markets. Our team partners closely with our Health Plan and Health System clients to mutually define goals and objectives of the program and ensure we deliver on those expectations, expanding our footprint and growing revenue over time. We also work within each market to recruit, onboard, and continually engage PCPs and BHPs within each market, in support of our overall program and customer-driven objectives.

Accountabilities:

  • Growth analysis: Lead analysis and support to drive forward revenue opportunities for current and potential client expansions
  • Account management: Interface with client counterparts to address and resolve day-to-day data- and reporting-driven inquiries, issues, and support client requirements
  • Strategic analysis: Lead data-driven analysis and insight generation for critical strategic workstreams, particularly driving market- and client-specific analysis and insights
  • Reporting: Define, create, and deliver on market- and client-specific reporting on operational and financial metrics
  • Client communications: Support preparation of, and take part in, regular client operational meetings

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a fast paced, analytically-focused role, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience scoping, executing, and communication data-driven insights and recommendations, including financial modeling (excel) and presentation development (powerpoint)
  • Demonstrated ability and comfort working in client-facing roles and interacting directly with clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare experience a plus
  • Consulting and/or banking background a plus
  • Comfort and exposure working independently and nimbly; small-company experience a plus
