We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to join team Bitmoji. As a member of the Bitmoji Strategy team you will help drive our platform growth strategy as well as oversee account management, partner performance, and operations. Working from our New York office, you will be part of the team responsible for the health and operation of Bitmoji’s partner ecosystem and will have the opportunity to drive a number of strategic projects. You will work closely with other internal teams including Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations.
What you'll do:
Be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the execution of Bitmoji’s platform growth strategy including: platform partner operations, performance and account management.
Work directly with external product and business teams to ensure efficient execution of Bitmoji related projects.
Prepare and present updates on ongoing progress to the team.
Lead strategic initiatives for executives, the team, and occasionally other groups across Snap. Be an athlete who can be counted on for any go-to project.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong awareness and point of view into macro industry trends in Bitmoji’s space and beyond.
Desire to go deep into processes and partnerships in order to drive operational excellence.
A love for the Bitmoji product and a view as to how to grow Bitmoji’s footprint across our users’ digital lives.
Self-motivated, detailed oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to switch between many hats in a day.
Ability to represent Bitmoji in the market and can thrive in external settings.
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate well with colleagues.
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of relevant experience working in technology, media and entertainment, consulting, investment banking, or equivalent environment.
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience advising a variety of senior executives on complex business issues with strategic, analytic, and solutions-oriented guidance.
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead teams in exploring complex data analysis.
Proven record of executing independently at a high level against short timelines in a fast-paced industry.
