We’re fixing the retirement savings system - come join us. 


We’re on a mission to make saving for retirement easy. Our first product helps people digitally locate their old 401k accounts and consolidate them into a new account at any financial institution - without the paperwork, phone calls, and faxes of the past. In doing so, we’re automating the process by which $500 billion in 401k assets is transferred each year. We’re also making sure that the 15 million 401k account holders who change jobs annually don’t do the wrong thing with their assets - like cash them out, leave them behind, or pay excessive fees that erode their savings over time.


But that’s not where we’re stopping. We believe all Americans should retire with enough money for a life of dignity. Over time, we intend to eliminate all of the friction & fees embedded in the retirement savings system that stops them from doing so. 


We’ve raised $15mm from leading venture capital investors including Canapi Ventures, Greycroft, RRE, Bling Capital, and Walkabout Ventures.


The Opportunity 


We’re looking to grow our Strategy & Operations team: a group of talented, versatile problem-solvers who can help out across the business. You’ll operate as a fast-moving generalist who tackles a wide range of projects. You’ll be a ‘doer’ who takes on anything that the company needs done to move forward, no matter how glamorous or mundane the project. We’re a small team and we’re moving fast -- you’ll have a big impact on our success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead specific initiatives in a range of areas, including business development / partnerships, analytics, strategy and product.
  • Act as the point-person (project-manager) on key partnerships, and own implementation and impact measurement.
  • Build and/or maintain operational dashboards to track, manage, and provide valuable insights on metrics and KPIs.
  • Evaluate new product and business opportunities by conducting research and analysis, running experiments, and developing strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with CEO on ad hoc special projects.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience, including in a business role (e.g. finance, consulting) and at a high-growth startup.
  • Experience in business development and partnerships or strategy and operations. 
  • Experience managing projects or transactions with external partners. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytically rigorous with high attention to detail. 
  • An interest in helping people achieve their financial goals.
  • Bonus points: experience in financial services / fintech.
