What this role is about:
This is an exciting opportunity to make a big impact on the direction of the Public Safety organization at RapidSOS. As the Strategy & Operations Manager for the Public Safety team, you will support leadership by keeping the rhythm of execution humming and removing any obstacles that may arise along the way. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated by solving challenging problems and enabling the team to improve efficiency and thus outcomes.
What you’ll do:
Drive the Public Safety quarterly goal setting process and foster alignment across the public safety functions
Define key priorities and translate them into comprehensive plans
Continuously look for opportunities to improve how the Public Safety team is operating and how the team is executing on their goals
Manage initiatives that focus on driving new projects, processes improvements and customer experience enhancements
Simultaneously develop and manage detailed roadmaps for multiple projects
Lead critical, strategic projects for the Public Safety team as needed
Analyze data, surface insights, summarize information, and identify business strategies that allow the team to improve execution and efficiency
What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
5+ years’ work experience in a strategic or analytical role, or experience supporting or advising executive teams
Able to shape end-to-end business programs with articulated missions, charters, performance criteria, and stakeholder buy-in
Adaptable, curious, and ready to embrace change in dynamic environments
A self-starter, motivated by continuously solving hard problems
Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and toggling between strategic and detail modes seamlessly
Experience working closely with senior executives and driving results with people at all levels
