If you are looking to put your international supply chain and fulfillment experience to use in an exciting, fast-paced environment, this could be the position for you.  Full Circle Brands is looking for a tech-savvy, strategic and data-obsessed teammate to manage our growing supply chain needs and taking ownership of lots of really cool products [from both Full Circle Home and Soma] starting at our factories and ending all over the globe; including, occasionally, pit-stops along the way for custom face-lifts!

The Supply Chain Specialist will report to the Director of Operations and provide strategic direction and ownership of our private label Initiatives with some of the fastest growing digital companies; custom product purchases and warehouse management.   This role will partner with company leadership, warehouse partners; custom printing specialists, and our internal functional teams (i.e. our China order management team, sales, marketing, product development, etc.) to drive profitable growth under an overarching strategic supply chain strategy.  The role requires you to be a quick learner with impeccable attention to detail, a  curiosity to dig into data analytics to improve supply chain performance and a practiced hand managing vendor relationships such as 3PLs.  We appreciate candidates who can think on their feet and take on anything, even if it's outside the box (we love outside the box ideas!).   A positive attitude [with great teamwork skills] is always required!

What You’ll Do:

• Team-up with our china based operations staff to manage flagship private label production schedules; container shipments and Invoicing
• Confirm and track ongoing development projects and shipping schedules; provide core and strategic growth partners with updates as needed
• Maintain documentation creation and validation for other direct FOB customers of our US sales team
• Collaborate with domestic and overseas accounting teams to reconcile and post all relevant Inter-company and external Invoices and fulfillment records for purchasing>sales cycle as required by core customers
• Manage KPI's as related to meeting production schedules; customer requirements and documents transmission and accuracy
• Collaborate with product development and sales to drive profitable growth through production and logistics strategies across all brands
• Manage relationships with our custom printers In the US and overseas; as well as manage and grow the relationships with 3PL fulfillment warehouses In the us for both B2B and B2C supply channels
• Continually Improve 3PL warehouse efficiency through developing feedback loops and Improving communication channels

Who You Are:

• A seasoned supply chain pro – perhaps spent time in warehouse management or International logistics, ideally with 3-5 years of experience with exposure to factory production; 3PL warehousing and EDI documents within the wholesale or housewares Industry
• A dynamic team player, prepared to take ownership of (and be held accountable to) the performance of our International and domestic logistics partners
• An analytical dynamo – can identify the levers of efficiency and build a case to support your decisions
• Collaborative, organized, maybe slightly obsessed with process – this is a highly cross-functional role with many moving parts!
• A really nice person to be around
