We’re looking for a support engineer to work with our Partner Solutions team and Engineering teams to be the technical point person with our partners.

Day to Day:

  • Be the customer-facing tech representative of Even for new and existing partners
  • Handle or triage support requests from customers and escalate appropriately
  • Be the voice of the customer and craft initiatives with Product and Engineering that support our overall strategy
  • Manage partner implementations from discovery to launch
  • Improve documentation surrounding onboarding and ongoing support based on support requests

You may be a fit if you have:

  • 3+ years of technical support in SaaS or related company
  • 3+ years in client communications with enterprise customers
  • Experience with Google Suite, Jira/Confluence, Github, and Slack
  • Basic javascript experience
  • Desire to work with clients via on-sites and other channels

Nice to haves:

  • BS degree in relevant field
  • Advanced javascript experience
  • Ability to debug an error on a webpage
