Systems Analyst

Stash is looking for a Systems Analyst who is well versed in the understanding of Engineering/Product/Data/Security and is able to communicate and document technical processes and process flows. The role requires a proficient knowledge of converged networked environments, systems management, operational support, and business systems. The primary focus will be on creating and writing various types of user documentation, process flows, wireframes and other technical documents for consumption by a nontechnical audience and will manage technical projects.
What you'll do:
- Supports multiple highly complex or critical business processes/systems that require design or integration of technical solutions that cut across multiple functions of the business.
- Document complex technical topics and processes into formats used by nontechnical audience
- Collaborate and partner with Engineers/Architects to determine the technical solutions to address business needs or improvement.
- Ensures completeness of technical requirements and functional architecture analysis for the design, and implementation of system business solutions.
- Create system diagrams, process flows, and provide technical guidance on business impact and opportunities.
- Approve testing process to ensure that desired business results are achieved and analyze testing results to ensure the solution meets the needs of the business.
- Facilitates issue resolution, documents system modifications and develops system manuals.
- Participates in or leads the evaluation, selection and application of new and emerging tools and techniques.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 4-5 years of work experience in Systems Analysis
- Security Certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CIPP)
- 2-3 years of experience in technical writing
- Knowledge of PCI, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and SOC 1 etc.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Agile, API documentation, Lucidchart, Confluence, JIRA, Git, markdown, AWS
- Knowledge of programming languages (ability to read and understand C++, python and JavaScript etc.)
