As our Technical Operations Associate, you will be supporting a build of Redesign Health systems at scale while being at the forefront of configuring the initial core system infrastructure for our Operating Companies.
You will report to and work with the Technical Operations Lead at our New York City headquarters.
What you'll do:
- Responsible for administration of Redesign’s technology, systems, infrastructure, and security needs.
- In addition to system administration and execution of our technology strategy, they will also provide hands-on support for internal users and our portfolio companies, especially during the early operationalization of new ventures.
- Key components of this role will include maintaining and improving Redesign’s core technology platforms, managing the infrastructure to deploy and secure various devices and services across the organization, iterating and maintaining robust security policies and protocols, and supporting our portfolio companies with their various technology needs.
What you'll need:
- Background
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in an fast-paced environment
- Skills
- Troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and networking
- System admin competencies for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and other popular SaaS platforms
- Project management experience
