What you will be doing
We are looking for a highly motivated, independent Technical Operations Specialist who wants to improve the employee experience. You will join the Technical Operations team as the dedicated role for Technical Support and Projects.
You will work to improve the employee technology experience touching every aspect from onboarding, ongoing support, and technical projects. You will partner with the Technical Operations leadership and Security Officer to improve our Security and Privacy Program, and ensure Eden Health can scale confidently.
What success looks like
- Join the Technical Operations team as an autonomous Technical Operations Specialist
- Improve employee onboarding through the use of Okta, G Suite, Jamf Pro, Atlassian, and other tools
- Ensure employee technical support needs are resolved on first touch
- Provide employees with the tools and resources to help themselves
- Improve management platform and systems to remove chronic issues
- Work through technical projects to help improve employee experience and security measures
What you will bring
- Experience in supporting a diverse and remote employee base
- Familiarity with MacOS and ChromeOS endpoints
- Strong working knowledge of Okta, Jamf Pro, and G Suite both as a user and administrator
- Ability to work independently on technical projects
- Customer Service focused
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
