The role
The ideal Technical Practice Casting Lead at Kin + Carta is innovative, passionate about people, with experience in resource management or talent acquisition for technical roles. This individual looks to continually learn, and enjoys sharing expertise. Strong verbal and written communication are a must, as are experience and familiarity with consulting services tech stacks working, or in a consulting capacity. Previous experience as a developer is a plus.
Role responsibilities
- Functions as point person for Technical Practice Leads on incoming Account Demand, existing Bench and Hiring Needs
- Match existing Resource Supply to existing Demand based on experience, cost/rate/margin goals, technical skillset, and project needs
- Relays assignment (“Casting”) information to Resources and confirms them to Resource Requests
- Responsible for creating and delivering ad hoc, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for Technical Practice Leads
- Liaises with Talent Acquisition regarding technical hiring direction/needsLiaises with Practice Leads and Talent Management team regarding demand, and practice bench.
- Attends New Demand meetings to match Opportunity demand to available supply
Minimum qualifications

- Familiarity with consulting services developer tech stacks
- Experience with managing a database or structure of data
- Experience with creating and running operational reporting to inform business decisions
- Experience with analysing data to extract relevant trends and useful information
- Experience supporting internal global stakeholders and team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications
- Subject matter expertise in Salesforce CRM and FinancialForce PSA
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience as engineer, architect, developer, or technical recruiter
