Technical Support Engineer

Reorg is looking for a technical support engineer to become a go-to resource for our sales, technology and product teams to help understand the details of how our software works and assist the product and technology teams in debugging issues. The candidate will take an active role working directly with our clients who may need guidance using our platform.
This fast paced role owns the responsibility of being the first line defense when issues are reported, and will appropriately route the issue to the correct team to handle, but will ultimately be responsible for resolving the issue and communicating that resolution to the reporter. This is a critical role to our process which will expose the candidate to our technology and sales teams leading to additional opportunities within our growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Investigating and resolving raised issues
- Learning our vast software platform well enough to teach others how to use it
- Communicating with sales and technology teams with a sense of urgency
- Create documentation around many parts of our software platform
- Managing content around our database of company data
Requirements
- Works well in a collaborative team environment
