About the Role:

We’re looking for outgoing, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented theater lovers to join our team of Ticket Distribution Agents in NYC. Reporting to the Senior Fulfillment Manager, Ticket Distribution Agents act as brand ambassadors through the timely and friendly delivery of tickets and brand materials to our valued guests at individual theaters throughout Manhattan.

We are currently hiring individuals with a minimum availability of five 1-hour shifts per week. We request that at least two of these shifts fall on a weekend. Our most demanding periods are Wednesday matinee, Friday evening, and Saturday matinee and evening performance times.

The Details:

  • The rate of pay is $15/hour. Shifts are typically 60-90 minutes in length.
  • Typical shifts range between 12:00-3:00 PM and 5:30-8:30 PM.
  • For applicants living outside of Manhattan, please consider your personal commute to the Midtown area for an hour-long shift.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver ticket orders
  • Maintain and wear provided uniform
  • Abide by a style guide for patron-facing employees
  • Complete post-shift reports, verbally or in survey format
  • Participate in a quarterly review process to discuss, brainstorm, and develop new processes with a goal of improving service

About You:

  • Previous customer service experience (strongly preferred)
  • Must supply his/her/their own iPhone or Android device for scheduling, time card, and communication purposes
  • The ideal candidate is a reliable, trustworthy team player
