We launched in New York City, December 2013, and have quickly grown to a team of 90+ full-time employees. We’re seeking highly motivated team members to join us in disrupting an old supply chain model and expand the theatergoing audience.
Operating in the world’s most iconic theater markets, we secure the best discounted and full price tickets available for the most sought-after shows in New York, London, Toronto, the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle, Philadelphia, Connecticut, Boston, Washington D.C. Chicago, Dallas, Houston and Melbourne, Australia.
The Details
We’re looking for an outgoing, dependable, organized, positive and detail-oriented Ticketing Operations Specialist who will do the following:
Fill ticket orders on a rolling basis.
Ensure smooth and efficient ticket delivery at showtime outside the theater.
Communicate and coordinate with other local agents and TodayTix staff in NYC.
Interact with customers.
Answer any questions customers or others might have about the app and concierge program.
Desired Qualifications/Skills
- Due to the nature of theater schedules, availability outside of traditional working hours will be integral to the successful execution of the above SOW.
Experience handling sensitive financial information
Strong written and oral communication skills
