At Namely, we're hiring a Time Implementation Consultant to guide the implementation of the Namely HR platform for our new clients. As the Time Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding a client’s time and attendance requirements and determining the appropriate configuration of the Namely System to accurately deliver on the client’s needs. Are you ready to own the reviewing of all client data and thoroughly testing the site prior to release to ensure a smooth client and employee experience? We are well on our way to being the HR platform for some of the world’s most innovating companies - so it’s critical that those companies are enabled to utilize Namely’s products to their fullest potential and have an amazing client experience!

Responsibilities  

• Review and evaluate Time & Attendance data to determine proper system configuration in regards to employee information, company level data, and historical data as needed.
• Engage closely with the client, the other consultants, and other internal departments to ensure the full scope of the implementation is understood through our discovery questionnaire
• Configure the clients’ Namely Time site to match the requirements
• Analyze our clients’ business needs to determine the optimal configuration.
• Work closely with the Payroll Consultant assigned to the project as well as the Implementation Consultant to ensure all stakeholders have a thorough understanding of how the configuration may impact the client experience
• Support the client through their first two successful on cycle payroll runs
• Manage client expectations - never over-commit and under-deliver
• Serve as client advocate within Namely to identify and resolved any concerns that may detract from an optimal client implementation experience
• Effectively transition clients to the Client Success team for ongoing support after the implementation is completed
• Accountable for on-time and accurate delivery of all Namely Time implementations

Requirements  

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Previous client management experience and experience managing multiple clients and projects at one
• 3-5 years experience managing and implementing Time & Attendance
• Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationship skills. Focused on finding a solution because there is always a way to get it done!
