Training Consultant

Our Client Services team at SeatGeek is responsible for the implementation and ongoing technical support of our clients using SeatGeek Enterprise Products & Services . Reporting to our Enablement Services Manager, you'll be working to train and enable both our internal team and our clients to better utilize our products and services .
What you'll do
- Plan, facilitate and lead SeatGeek Enterprise internal and client training required for new hire onboarding, ongoing learning, new implementations projects and post-implementations project services as needed
- Share with clients ongoing best practices for system configuration and how they can use these configurations to accomplish their business technology goals
- Design and create learning content associated with both internal and client training programs
- Be a thought leader and expert product resource for our SeatGeek Enterprise Products including SRO, eSRO, SeatGeek.com, Amplify and SeatGeek Open distribution
- Collaborate with our teams globally at SeatGeek to identify training needs and respond to those with thoughtfully designed and executed training
- Help coordinate SeatGeek Enterprise Training and Enablement program initiatives including but not limited to User Group Conferences, creation and publication of knowledge base articles, hosting of e-learning opportunities , etc.
What you have
- Technically inclination
- Natural ability to teach, present, and train
- 2+ years experience with client training in an enterprise SaaS environment
- Ability to project manage your tasks including prioritization, communication, scheduling, and organization
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in learning management systems, presentation tools, and instructional design theories
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. This may include travel
