About the role
As a Venture Lead at Redesign Heath you will work closely with the Venture GMs and broader team to build and launch new businesses that improve patient access to quality healthcare. You will collaborate with our research organization in the later stages of our ideation and due diligence process, creating GTM plans for new ventures. You and the Venture GM will own all strategy and execution, building a world class team and leading the business through a successful launch.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Venture GMs to define and develop a clear vision, mission, and go-to-market strategy for Redesign Health’s new ventures.
- Support the launch team across all operational efforts, including but not limited to the managing of internal and external resources, securing necessary partnerships, facilitating legal, accounting, and key real-estate decisions.
- Work with the talent team to identify hiring needs and participate in the recruiting process to build a team of top performers who will be able to scale the business.
- Either join the business in a full time leadership role, or help recruit onboard and pass on ownership responsibilities to a CEO/COO/GM while providing continued support as an advisor to the company.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership role at a best-in-class organization during a period of hyper-growth.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully launching projects and solving complex problems within existing organizations.
- A bias toward informed action in situations with limited data.
- Ability to exhibit excellent judgment and composure in high-pressure situations.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Extraordinary organizational skills, with an ability to adapt quickly, navigate complexity, and move forward in a rapidly changing environment.
- Proven ability to manage and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
- Ability to think through highly complex operational challenges and quickly implement scalable processes.
