Through cognitive and neurobehavioral mechanisms, Click’s Digital Therapeutics™ enable change within individuals, and are designed to be used independently or in conjunction with biomedical treatments. The Clickometrics® adaptive data science platform continuously personalizes user experience to optimize engagement and outcomes. Following a groundbreaking clinical trial, Click’s industry-leading smoking cessation program is available nationwide through a wide variety of payers, providers, and employers. Click’s lead prescription program is entering into a multi-center, randomized, controlled, parallel-group, phase III FDA registration trial for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder in adults. Major pipeline expansion and progression is in process.


About the Role

The VP, Market Access is a commercial leader who inspires others. S/he has both strategic and operational responsibilities, including business development, sales, commercial/reimbursement strategy, and general management, with the ultimate goal of generating access and securing coverage and reimbursement for our healthcare solutions.

This is a highly visible, creative, and agile role within a rapidly growing pre-IPO company in a nascent and fast-growing space. The role is in our trendy TriBeCa HQ, includes platinum-level healthcare and benefits, and is an excellent wealth-building/equity opportunity for the right individual.


Responsibilities

  • Drive enrollment and revenue growth of core product, Clickotine®, a best-in-class fully digital smoking cessation program already deployed to over 200 self-insured employers and 14 commercial payers
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical market access plans for Click’s FDA pipeline of first-line Digital Therapeutics
  • Build and scale a world-class global market access team, including account management/sales, patient activation, and pricing/contracting
  • Generate and manage customer accounts to grow the business and expand partnership opportunities
  • Cultivate and grow key external relationships with payers, providers, KOLs, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Serve as a liaison with the executive committee, anticipating and prioritizing projects to support high-level company objectives


Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in a combination of sales, business development, commercial strategy, and/or market access, delivering innovative healthcare solutions to providers and payers
  • Demonstrated success in launch strategy and execution within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostic, and/or health software industry
  • Proven understanding of the US commercial and government payer landscape, including reimbursement methodologies, pricing/reimbursement authorities’ decision-making process, and current reimbursement issues
  • Strong understanding of innovative pricing models, such as value-based models of care delivery
  • Strong understanding of innovative go-to-market commercial strategies, including direct to patient, direct to provider, B2B, telemedicine, etc.
  • Experience leading complex negotiations to ensure profitable growth
  • Ability and experience in building and leading a high-performing sales team
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with government affairs and patient advocacy groups
  • Preferred: An MBA or another advanced degree in healthcare or healthcare management
