As VP of Marketing Operations, you will have an immediate and meaningful impact on the entire marketing team by enabling the marketing team to operate efficiently to become a profitable and sustainable driver of growth for the company.

You must be inclined to think disruptively and not be afraid to question the status quo. Above all, we're looking for someone who is a unifier and has a can-do attitude, a lot of grit and comfort with change.

The Vice President of Marketing Operations at Collibra is responsible for:

    • Leading a team comprised of the following key functions:
      • Marketing Performance
      • Marketing Insights and Analytics
      • Data Enrichment and Management
      • Automation and Marketing Technology


    • Working closely with the CMO to transform and developing marketing into a profit center with proven positive ROI and growing contribution to ARR
    • Partnering closely with the director of Marketing Strategy as well as the Marketing Leadership Team to craft an integrated Marketing Plan
    • Actively collaborating with the VP, Sales Ops to co-own and manage pipeline councils to drive and improve alignment between sales and marketing 
    • Establishing a “Lead to Revenue” strategy to optimize and automate pipeline, with Sales Operations and Global Demand & Field Marketing
    • Equipping and preparing the CMO with performance metrics and reports leveraging Tableau and orchestrating weekly readouts
    • Orchestrating the annual marketing planning and budget process (e.g. milestones, participants, actions, templates, calendar), ensuring  marketing’s goals are aligned with field and product objectives. All in partnership with the FP&A team and the director of marketing strategy
    • Overseeing all marketing operations functions from processes to marketing systems, web development, workflows, SLAs, reporting, email and database management, the marketing technology stack (i.e. marketing automation, CRM, database, and enabling  technologies etc.)
    • Providing an integrated Automation and MarTech vision and roadmap for Performance Marketing and Digital Customer Experience in partnership with Digital Marketing and Demand and Field Marketing
    • Responsible for system administration, security, integration, user guidelines, and ongoing optimization working closely with the IT,  Sales Enablement, Digital marketing as well as Global Demand and Field Marketing teams. 
    • Developing and executing the strategy for marketing measurement, dashboards/analytics and attribution. This will include leveraging Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau and other systems to create a company-wide measurement system for marketing effectiveness, pipeline, and revenue performance. 
    • Implementing a strategy for data management and governance for marketing (acquisition, validation, augmentation, and enhancement). 

You Have:

  • 15+ years of marketing operations experience in the enterprise B2B SaaS industry. 
  • Experience developing and growing a high-performing cross-functional team in a fast-paced and fast-growth environment. 
  • Proven knowledge and implementation of  LTV/CAC measurement strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge and proven usage of SiriusDecisions, in addition to other 3rd party benchmarking and consulting firms such as KPMG, Bain, etc.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales & Channel teams
  • Command and knowledge of digital strategies and infrastructure
  • Track record of running highly sophisticated and scalable marketing operations and technology environments. 
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with experience solving business problems (commercial, operational,  organizational). 
  • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences, from C-level to entry-level, internal and external. 
  • Masters required, MBA strongly preferred.
