ABOUT THE ROLE 
*We are open to this position being remote, in addition to one of our 5 office locations*

The VP, Account Services role is meant for an exceptional people leader, relationship builder, and expert digital marketer who loves developing people, driving performance for customers, guiding account teams and orchestrating growth for top advertisers. This individual relishes forming meaningful relationships with C-suite executives and key decision makers, as well as guiding digital paid media strategy across paid search, social & display advertising teams. You'll be working at the intersection of online advertising execution and fast start up growth.
We are looking for someone with a passion for client services and digital marketing who wants to join a fast-growing, fun digital agency that is hyper-focused on client performance and ROI. The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to manage and develop some of our awesome talent, and sponsor key accounts within the agency.
Client & Team Revenue Oversight

  • Serve as the Executive Sponsor for 5+ enterprise MT clients
  • Assist in leading client QBRs and new strategy initiatives
  • Revenue & retention responsibilities for your Sponsor accounts, and P&L for Unit performance
  • Drive headcount and office expansion strategy, forecasting, and planning for your team
  • Lead expansion into new digital paid media channels to facilitate growth
  • Understand, and help integrate, new service lines & digital advertising channels
  • Coordinate with platform partners (Google, Microsoft, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to facilitate growth opportunities

 
ABOUT YOU
Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years of paid performance digital marketing experience
  • 5+ Years in a supervisory role directly overseeing other digital marketing professionals
  • Experience forecasting and allocating digital marketing budgets across channels
  • Comfortability speaking to best practices and growth strategy across paid search, paid social & programmatic display and video
  • Strong data analytics and strategy background
  • Experience presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiences
  • High-level Excel proficiency
  • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience

 Ideal Candidate Has

  • Worked in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Relationships with executives at large performance advertisers
  • Comfort working with clients in order to drive change within an organization and account team
  • Exposure to SEO, as well as Amazon, App & CTV advertising efforts (in addition to search, social & display)
  • Ability to travel for client and internal meetings, up to 25%
