About the role:
The VP of In-App will lead and grow the In-app team, responsible for driving and growing relationships with publishers and developers in the app space. Your mission will be to expand the Ogury solution in the app-world.
We are considering candidates in London, Paris, New York and LA.
What you will be doing
- Building new relationships and leverage existing ones to close deals with the biggest Mobile Gaming studios and in-app publishers.
- Leverage your existing in-app network to secure and close commercial partnerships.
- Leading a team of In-app publisher development specialists to achieve team and business objectives.
- You will work directly with the CSO (Chief Supply Officer) to devise your business strategy and objectives.
- Measure and track effectively the health of your business unit.
- Create new partnerships and open up new opportunities with existing gaming mediators globally.
- Working with POD (technical teams) to ensure that we have a successful technical partnering on our side.
- Act as the business owner when it comes to product choices for In-app.
About you
- You have proven relationships with In-app and/ or gaming publishers.
- Super seasoned commercial acumen with great negotiation skills with strong abilities to persuade at high levels.
- You enjoy leading a high performing team, you are able to coach and lead by example.
- You have solid technical industry knowledge with experience in header bidding & SDK integration.
- You have a bias for execution. You have a strong drive and sense of urgency to get things done.
