We are looking for a customer-obsessed, productivity-focused, global leader to run go-to-market enablement teams across sales, customer success and marketing. 


As the Vice President of Global Enablement on our Global Operations team, you will lead the teams responsible for building and executing scalable enablement programs as we pursue our mission of helping organizations improve. 


In this role, you will refine our current enablement strategies by unifying systems, process,and data across the business. You will develop a vision and new programs that help our internal teams deliver an exceptional external experience for customers and partners. You will be responsible for scaling revenue efficiently by increasing sales and CS rep productivity across various stages of the rep lifecycle. 


As the VP of Global Enablement, you will coach your directors and managers to hire, develop,and support high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams and play an integral role in shaping our GTM strategy and the development of our GTM people and leaders as we enter an exciting new phase of growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Inspire, lead, and drive the GTM enablement team to meet their goals, as well as other expectations established by executive leadership
  • Architect organizational design and resourcing for large, multi-national and multi-level teams.
  • Build a global enablement team that is a well-oiled, results-driven engine.
  • Develop and implement an enablement proficiency model to continuously improve the skills of the team.
  • Drive the overall enablement calendar to help align GTM teams towards a shared set of goals.
  • Enable reps across all revenue teams with everything they need to be confident in having value-driven conversations with buyers.
  • Optimize foundational programs (onboarding, ongoing training, skill development, etc.) to uplevel the skills and confidence of our revenue-generating teams.
  • Lead the team through changing product trends and increased competition, and adapt to economic indicators
  • Partner cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to drive alignment on enablement strategy and total customer experience.
  • Lead the team in developing training content, plays, and coaching to enable reps to execute our GTM initiatives successfully.
  • Optimize foundational programs (onboarding, ongoing training, skill development, etc.) to uplevel the skills and confidence of our revenue-generating teams

Who we're looking for

  • Deep understanding of sales processes and has intuition and empathy for revenue-generating teams.
  • Experience building and executing Enablement programs and curriculums for GTM teams.
  • Ability to lead in fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environments.
  • Fosters an environment of servant leadership, people development, and decision-making that impacts bottom-line results.
  • Passion for motivating teams through inspiration recognition and can tie efforts to business outcomes.
  • Experience driving effective change management.
  • Strong ability to define, implement, execute and optimize consistent processes across global GTM teams.
  • Have a strong track record of overachieving targets in a high-volume, high-growth business focused on small business, mid-market and corporate companies
  • Experience working and delivering on an LMS platform
  • Have a proven experience leading a team of directors, exceptional track record of coaching teams, and a consistent achievement of hiring, developing, and mentoring successful teams
