What We’re Looking for:
The Vice President (VP) of Hotels will lead Domio’s real estate team to be the leader in the hospitality and apart-hotel spheres. They will oversee the global growth of the platform and manage the expansion of the portfolio by rapidly growing our supply of profitable Domio properties. They will lead the team to foster relationships with institutional real estate owners and developers across the U.S., and together with the CEO, will create customized Domio apartment-hotels through management contracts and leases globally.

At Domio You Will:

  • Grow, structure, and oversee the real estate team
  • Develop expansion strategies domestically and abroad
  • Partner with the department heads across the company to facilitate growth
  • Offer industry insight to add value to Domio’s growth strategy and operations
  • Source and close management contracts for the Domio brand
  • Source and close strategically important lease contracts for the Domio brand
  • Build relationships with key players in the real estate landscape
  • Establish Domio as the leader in the apart-hotel space

Who You Are:

  • 8 – 12 years of industry experience within real estate investments, hospitality management, or a hotel brand
  • Proven real estate experience with a track-record of forming strong partnerships and relationships within hospitality
  • Strong executive presence
  • Driven, resourceful, creative, and thoughtful leader
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting, and dynamic
  • Work well with various teams to accomplish tasks
  • Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills

Bonus Points:

  • Have held performed multiple roles within hospitality investing, development, and operations
  • Have experience working with a boutique hotel brand and / or a startup
