The Vice President (VP) of Real Estate will lead Domio’s real estate team to be the leader in the
hospitality and apartment-hotel spheres. They will oversee the global growth of the real estate team
and manage the expansion of the portfolio by rapidly growing our supply of profitable Domio
properties. They will lead the team to foster relationships with institutional multi-family operators,
private equity firms, and developers across the U.S., and together with the CEO, we will create
customized Domio apartment-hotels by master leasing best-in-class buildings.
At Domio You Will:
- Grow, structure and oversee the regional real estate teams
- Develop growth acquisition plans and targeted expansion strategies for all markets
- Source and close custom development opportunities for Domio
- Build relationships with institutional players in the multifamily real estate realm (developers, owners, and property managers)
- Establish Domio as the alternative lodging leader within the multifamily industry
- Partner with all department heads across the company to ensure that real estate is seamlessly integrated with other divisions
- Add meaningful value to the company leadership and in all conversations
Who You Are:
- 8-12 years of investment banking, real estate private equity, or real estate investment and development experience
- Proven real estate experience with a track-record of forming strong partnerships and relationships across multifamily and commercial real estate
- Growth-oriented with a drive to exceed all goals and manage a global real estate team
- Strong executive presence
- Proven leadership ability and management experience in building high performing teams
- Be entrepreneurial - self-driven and motivated
- Effectively manage multiple projects and timelines
- Work well with various teams to accomplish company goals
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
