VP of Sales

We’re seeking an experienced VP of Sales to assess, measure, and maximize the performance of our field revenue-generating activities. Reporting directly to the SVP of Operations, this highly-impactful role will be responsible for partnering with Operations Leadership to grow our business in a member-centric way.
What You Will Do:
- Create and facilitate the field’s service and sales culture
- Champion sales training, goal setting, process improvement, and talent development
- Increase sales revenue generated by frontline ambassadors
- Monitor and analyze reports to enhance performance; identify trends and root causes
- Establish and manage the operational cadence for budgeting/forecasting, monthly and quarterly business reviews and annual planning cycles
- Design the field service and sales compensation plan in collaboration with HR and Finance
Who You Are:
- Operations and/or sales leader 10 plus years experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other related
- Adaptable to changing environment and evolving business
- Proven performance record in sales, training, coaching, and development of high-performance teams.
- Significant experience in a senior leadership role in Sales and Operations, Strategy, Customer Experience, Management Consulting, Finance, Business Development, and/or other related fields
