Bonobos is looking for a razor sharp Wholesale Assistant who is passionate about our brand and wants to help grow our wholesale presence.

The Wholesale team is growing quickly and we're looking for a go-getter that is able to wear many hats! Reporting to our Wholesale Merchandiser, the Wholesale Assistant will learn the ins and outs of the wholesale business by being involved in market appointments and strategy meetings, assisting with sales recaps and market research, sample management, and market preparation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be very collaborative and partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Production, Merchandising, Design and Planning.

What you'll do...

• Manage the life cycle of the wholesale samples: order samples seasonally, coordinate all requested send outs for major accounts, prepare for internal meetings and organize samples seasonally
• Oversee Joor Wholesale platform by creating and maintaining style information, uploading available inventory to sell, and publishing seasonal decks for use during market appointments
• Support quarterly market cycles by prepping the showroom and keying sales orders from major accounts
• Online digital support included but not limited to: copy info, fulfilling image requests and ensuring all live products are captured accurately
• Support major businesses by creating monthly product knowledge guides
• Partner with cross-functional teams in regards to samples, pricing, and ticketing
• Assist team with projects involving sales recaps, new opportunities and customer gifting

• Have a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in the wholesale market; men’s experience a plus!
• Are excited to be on the front lines of a fast-paced and growing team in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment
• Are a great communicator with stellar follow up, lots of energy, and the ability to lead
• Possess strong analytical skills and are extremely detail-oriented
