DMi Partners is looking for a Paid Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate will be someone who loves social media and can support our team on executing paid services at a high level. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships with industry-leading advertisers – while working with a growing and motivated company that is dedicated to your success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients’ paid social media programs including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn.
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports reflecting campaign progress and optimizations
- Perform in-depth analyses on client programs – identifying shortcomings and areas for growth as well as successful trends and competitive evaluations
- Ideate ad content, copy, and creative to highlight our clients’ products and services
- Leverage industry insight, creativity, and relationship-building to bring new and innovative strategies and opportunities to the table
- Lead weekly client calls to share progress and updates
- Support the sales team with identifying opportunities relating to prospective clients
- Maintain a strong understanding of the industry and be well versed in speaking about trends and initiatives
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- You have a bachelor’s degree
- You have 2-3 years in the digital marketing space managing paid social campaigns, preferably at an agency
- You have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- You’re proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
- You recognize the importance of being engaged in your work and keeping your clients engaged as well
- You are responsive and meet requested deadlines
- You have a positive attitude and a strong internal motivation to get the job done and done well
Salary- $70,000-$90,000
