Alliance Manager - Salesforce
Aircall is looking for an outstanding Alliance Manager to develop and nurture our relationship with Salesforce.
The Alliance Manager will be helping drive the strategy around scaling our partnership with Salesforce, evangelizing Aircall within the ecosystem as well as leveraging Aircall’s internal resources to grow this acquisition channel.
We are looking for an experienced business development manager to lead our partnership efforts with Salesforce. The objective is to strengthen our partnership by navigating the ecosystem, and grow business referrals from Salesforce AEs/SEs and partners. This person will own the entire partner engagement lifecycle from solution definition/build to go-to-market and on-going alliance management.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex alliances with large technology companies, inclusive of setting strategy, driving business and technical alignment, communicating actively with executives on both sides, leading go-to-market and field enablement efforts, and monitoring/measuring the health of the partnerships.
Candidates should be excited by the prospect of rapid growth in a startup environment. They must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and interacting with senior-level partner executives. We are looking for candidates that are creative, aggressive and looking to expand and advance their responsibilities.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Drives engagement, pipeline, and ultimately revenue through the Salesforce partnerships
- Builds and cultivates lasting, meaningful relationships with our partners’ AEs, SEs, and leadership to increase awareness of the Aircall integration
- Engages prospective platform partners, and explores and defines strategy/opportunities
- Structures, negotiates, and executes deals with prospective platform partners
- Effectively communicates our vision, value proposition, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy to platform partners
- Collaborates with our Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to create partner enablement content and infrastructure
- Prepares tailored presentation materials and conducts presentations/demos to accelerate partner acquisition and retention
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 3+ years working in SaaS/technology business development and/or Enterprise sales;
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce organization and ecosystem
- Executive Presence - effectively communicates and relates to multiple layers of the organization including C-Level
- Outgoing and personable - emphasis on networking and relationship building
- Resilient - being able to roll with the punches, take things in stride and learn from mistakes
- Self-starter - takes initiative and is excited by complicated challenges
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Committed, ambitious, team player to the max, wearer of all hats, humble beyond belief, magician
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%)
