As part of the Cloud Business Group team you are responsible for developing and maintaining software applications, making sure they meet business and user needs. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exceptional standards while building meaningful client connections and navigating ambiguity. You are also responsible for utilizing Java or Power Platform for design and development, working with microservices, and leveraging container orchestration tools.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.

- Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Application Programming, Computer Applications, Computer and Information Science, Computer Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, Computer Management, Computer Programming, Computer Systems Analysis, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Game Design, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Internet Technology, Management of Technology, Software App, Systems Engineering, Systems Engineering & Accounting, Web Design, Webmaster and Web Management, Engineering and Business preferred
- AWS (or) Azure (or) GCP Foundational Certifications
- Experience with Java 8 or Power Platform design and development
- Using Application frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
- Building Microservices REST API and Event Driven Design
- Experience with Knative, Docker, and container orchestration tools
- Experience with Kafka, Apache NiFi
- Database design, creation, manipulation, and query of Relational, and NoSQL datastores
- Developing and maintaining Knative, Docker, and Kubernetes deployments

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
