Description and Requirements
We are looking for a pricing associate to join our separate accounts team and support our daily operations. The pricing associate will be
responsible for inputting and verifying mutual fund net asset value (NAV) prices, dividends, and capital gains for our Separate Accounts
portfolios. The pricing associate will work from noon to approximately 8 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday, when the stock market is
open. You will be responsible for:
- Inputting mutual fund NAV prices, dividends, and capital gains into our proprietary system
- Reviewing and validate pricing data from various sources and ensure compliance with client guidelines
- and industry standards
- Identifying and escalate any pricing discrepancies or exceptions and collaborate with relevant parties to
- resolve them in a timely manner
- Performing daily, weekly, and monthly controls and reconciliations to ensure policy system transactions
- and accounting are accurate
- Maintaining and update pricing records and documentation
- Collaborating with our technical support team as well as other fund partners
Success in this role requires excellent attention to detail and time management skills. The Senior Accountant is responsible for pricing
several policy administrative systems. You'll collaborate closely with Separate Accounts and IT teams in an environment where every
contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Microsoft Office
- Pricing Experience a plus
The salary range for applicants for this position is $56,700 - $83,000.
