About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant to join our Data Architecture and Engineering team. This role is pivotal in shaping our data strategy, leading complex projects, and driving business growth through effective data solutions and client engagement.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data architects and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Data Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive data architecture strategies that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Project Management: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of data solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored data solutions.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in data architecture and engineering, driving innovation within the team and organization.
• Compliance: Ensure all data solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

What you’ll bring with You:

• 7+ Years of experience working as a solution architect in the data space
• 5+ Years of experience in Financial Services
• Experience partnering with CDO/CDAO in helping shape their data strategy
• Experience building business case for Cloud migration/modernization
• Must have presented at industry conferences and or published whitepapers
• Expertise in defining, architecting, and delivering data and analytics solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud, as well as experience with Snowflake or Databricks platforms, and other related platforms and services
• Extensive depth in Data Lake and Lakehouse implementations and architecting data flows
• Experience developing and deploying solutions with infrastructure as code, following best practices and integrating with robust CI / CD pipelines
• Experience with hybrid cloud systems, integrating on premise resources and cloud platforms
• Management Consulting experience is a plus
