You will also collaborate across teams to build data pipelines, validate new data sources, monitor key metrics, and deliver clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

We stand by the power of our data, and as a Product Analyst, you’ll create impact by driving clarity through analysis and supporting efficient, data-informed decision-making across the business. • Support scalable analytics by building data pipelines, dashboards, and internal reporting tools
  • Collaborate across teams to monitor key metrics, validate new data sources, detect anomalies
  • Deliver insights that support GTM and product development through thoughtful analysis of customer and business data
  • Gather and distill requirements from multiple stakeholders, plans analyses, and manages projects end-to-end with strong attention to detail

  • Technical challenge: Enigma improves its product by solving challenging entity resolution and machine learning problems. Your analytical contribution is critical to our success.
  • Impact: Product Analytics at many companies focuses on making better operational decisions. At Enigma, data analytics is the core of our actual product!
  • Exposure: You will be situated at the cutting edge of data, GTM and product at Enigma and there will be many mentorship opportunities in this role.
  • Learning: We’re tackling problems with exciting data that don’t have obvious solutions. Every day brings new opportunities to learn about analytical techniques and our world.
Our ideal candidate
  • Has strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to extract, manipulate and analyze data
  • Brings strong business intuition to make sense of complex business data
  • Has proficiency in data wrangling tools (especially SQL) and a keen eye for detail when analyzing and manipulating data
  • Has academic training in a quantitative discipline or brings 2+ years of industry experience (including new graduates with relevant project or internship experience)  in statistics, experimental design, and data analysis
  • Brings strong business intuition to translate complex data into actionable insights and data-driven decisions
  • Brings empathy to see things through the eyes of multiple stakeholders, such as prospective customers, journalists, small business owners as well as technical and non-technical colleagues to create outputs addressing their needs
  • Is a self-starter and capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
  • Brings a thirst to learn ways (methods, technologies, etc.) to solve problems
