Who Are We Looking For?
VUDU (Vestwell Universal Data Utility) squad is looking for an experienced Product Analyst to join our team. You’re a great fit for this role if you are yearning to unleash your passion for numbers and accuracy to our stakeholders on their journey to use data smarter, and to get to insights faster. You must be passionate about utilizing data to make an impact in the refinement, evolution, and execution of our products.
What Will You Be Doing?
You will be expected to work with senior product leads to breakdown and determine how a reporting solution can be created in the system's current state.
Day-to-Day, You May Also Be Expected To:
- Triage inbound requests
- Write JIRA Epics and Stories
- Organize requirements and success criteria for execution
- Design data models and define queries
- Document solutions in Confluence
- Develop data-quality checks
- QC testing
- Generating output manually
- Planning automation and testing
- Coordinate and manage discussions with internal stakeholders
Requirements
The Necessities
- Bachelor’s degree, or the foreign equivalent, in computer science, information systems product design, or closely related.
- Great interpersonal communication skills
- 3 years of experience with the following (which may have been gained concurrently): SQL, Sigma/Tableau, Jira, Agile methodology
- 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or closely related.
- 2 years experience in product development in client-driven scenarios.
This role will be based in either the New York City, Austin, King of Prussia office, and will be part of Vestwell's hybrid in-office operation.
The expected salary range for this position is $85-95K for New York, $80.75K-90.25K for Austin, and $76.5K-85.5K for Phoenix. This position is eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Pool and is eligible to receive new hire equity in the Company. Please note that salary bands are based on NY and other similar metro areas and may differ based on where the role is ultimately hired.
