Product Manager

Call9 provides skilled nursing facilities with the ability to treat a spectrum of emergency care services that traditionally were unavailable outside the hospital . Our Clinical Care Specialists are onsite in nursing homes 24/7 to provide round the clock care. At the moment of a patient's emergency our doctors are immediately pulled in through technology allowing for high quality acute medical care. Call9 clinicians have access to testing, ultrasound, IV fluid and antibiotic administration at the patient’s bedside improving clinical outcomes and saving unnecessary costs.
At the heart of Call9 is care. Keeping our patients and their families engaged in conversations about Advance Care Planning and Goals of Care is paramount for every call we receive.
Role
- Build and hold a vision for the product
- Conduct user research with clinical and business stakeholders and effectively synthesize insights into actionable product decisions
- Collaborate with engineering to determine viable solutions and ensure they have the context to understand why the work matters
- Decompose complex problems into iterative solutions that allow assumptions to be tested early on
- Prioritize features while balancing business impact, user needs and technical feasibility
- Generate prototypes for ideas, measure outcomes and take findings into the delivery process
- Balance responding to immediate issues with achieving long term goals
Required Skills/Experiences
- Have experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders, interfacing effectively with Engineers and Designers
- Familiar with agile development and project management
- Analytical and data driven
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Software development or UXD experience
- Healthcare experience
- Team leadership experience
- Experience with user acceptance testing and general QA practices
