The Opportunity:
As part of an Agile delivery organzaition within U.S Group Benefits, this Product Manager is responsible for CRM, Workflow, and AI capabilities supporting U.S Group Benefits Employer Service and Administration. The role is accountable for providing the CRM, case management, workflow and AI tools, processes, journeys that enable operations to implement & service our group customers. This will include reimagining our current Salesforce capabilities, providing AI & Automation, as well as transforming our workflow tools to create an integrated and connected service network experience. As a Product Manager (PM), you are responsible for understanding customer needs and creating solutions that are desirable by the customer, technically feasible, viable from a business model perspective, and sustainable.
This is a leadership role responsbile for a cross-functional team with accountability to build and manage relationships with insurance product leaders, sales and market leadership, Agile Release Train team members, designers, and technology partners to identify areas of opportunity for customer experience enhancements.
This Product Manager role is part of an Scaled Agile (SAFe) Agile delivery model . The PM , in partnership with the Release Train Engineer, are accountable for delivery outcomes and decisions that solve product related problems. They set the vision and priorities for the solutions built by the ART, and work with other ART leaders to define objectives and key results (OKRs) for the ART. They are responsible for building roadmaps and maintaining a well defined backlog of features for the ART that is prioritized based on the strategic priorities and objectives and key results for the ART. They are responsible for partnering with other Product Managers and/or Solution managers to ensure alignment on priorities, depen dencies and capacity utilization

- Able to understand customer and business needs and identify applicable technology solutions.
- The voice of the customer and business needs for the ART.
- A leader that shapes and defines the roadmap for the agile release train (ART).
- A person who ensures we are delivering business value by communicating objectives, prioritizing features, and tracking metrics and outcomes.
- Accountable for execution and delivery across all teams in the ART
- Able to make decisions on information that is available at that time. Be comfortable with progressive elaboration and discovery (Progress over perfection)
- Able to navigate conversations to align on a set of data inputs that drive identification and prioritization of work and provide the clarity needed to accomplish it
- Able to work in a fast-paced culture that is driving transformation at all levels
- Embrace the spirit of exploration and continuous improvement
- A mentor and coach for others, building trust and providing guidance
Certifications and/or experience in SAFe Agile and Salesforce strongly recommended but not required
The salary range for applicants for this position is $96,000-150,000.
