Role & Responsibilities

At Rent the Runway, we’re building the world’s largest reverse-logistics fulfillment center to power the ultimate closet in the cloud. While our operation is highly complex, the customer experience is completely seamless as we transform the way our customers get dressed.

Rent the Runway is looking for a highly skilled analytical and innovative Product Manager to expand our operations and reverse logistics systems. As the owner of the Product Roadmap, you will partner across technology, operations, finance, planning, and analytics to define and build the future state of our fulfillment and operations network. You will lead innovative and transformational change to support fast scaling while minimizing costs and delivering a increasingly seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a deep customer obsession and love solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build and execute a product/technology road map that spans multi-months and quarters to achieve long-term expansion goals for our operations and logistics network.
• Define metrics for identifying success and failure while ensuring the team and stakeholders are clear on objectives.
• Break large scope projects into attainable milestones and lead teams through the agile execution process.
• Synthesize coherent product requirements that bring clarity, focus and prioritization.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of the user- both the Rent the Runway customer and our internal business users.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
• 4-5 years in E-Commerce product role product management, management consulting, or related field across multiple stakeholders
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, and/or fulfillment
• MBA or advanced degree, a plus
