As a Product Manager, Vice President - Global Salesforce CRM in Asset Management, you are an integral part of the team that delivers and supports new product offerings across a global base of users. Job responsibilities
- Delivers with excellence on the global product strategy and product vision that delivers value to stakeholders and users
- Manages discovery efforts and research to uncover solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks product's key success metrics
- Builds deep and broad stakeholder relationships across client-facing teams globally. Govern product cabinets and user forums to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities to advance platform business value.
- Communicates with clarity, confidence, and conviction at all levels. Tailor messaging to the audience and facilitate alignment on plans by speaking the language of the business.
- Acts with urgency to deliver on business needs and work under pressure across the matrix with ease.
- Collaborate with internal product partners, including our AI organization, on \"best product for the job\" and \"buy vs. build\" decisions that offer global scale.
- Partners with our Salesforce partner to optimize the consumption of their roadmap and capabilities for maximum business benefit. Manage proof of concept initiatives with technology peers to accelerate innovation.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle with some experience in front to back data management and quality
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce applications--(e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, CRMA, or Marketing Cloud-with a focus on Sales Cloud and its optimization aligned to business needs._
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, enabling clear articulation of platform strategies to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to communicate with clarity, conviction, and confidence, to bring product strategy and plans to life in the language of the business.
- Experience driving global enterprise change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Experience in asset or wealth management, with a strong understanding of industry-specific CRM requirements and best practices.
- In-depth understanding of sales processes and tools, including the integration and utilization of Salesforce platforms to run business critical distribution processes.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Passion for leveraging technology to enhance sales efforts.
- Deep and broad data- and tech-driven experience in enabling sales productivity and processes end to end.
- Asset Management, Wealth Management, or other relevant financial industry experience.
- Advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
