The Role
RocketReach is in a period of rapid growth and we are looking for a Product Manager, Prospecting. You will be working closely with a team of Engineers, Designers, and our technical Founder to define our product roadmap, shape the product development process, get quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to drive hypothesis-driven product improvements, and understand the competitive landscape.

We Are Looking For People Who
- You have experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a B2B SaaS and customer facing product. Freemium models are a big plus.
- Data driven, and can do much of the data analysis yourself
- Ability to bring clarity and focus to a dynamic environment of tight-knit engineers
- Exceptional skills in cross-team collaboration, communication, and aligning and influencing teams
- Experience developing a long-term product strategy, while operationally executing on day-to-day product development
- Driving hard decisions while still being an expert listener
- Drive the product roadmap and balance the long-term strategy while being a key decision maker on prioritizing short-term product goals
- Identify and improve key funnels and metrics, you will own end-to-end processes, making product-driven decisions and execution as well as report ongoing insights and results to the company
- Will shape and set the foundation for our Product management and design teams, in a fast-paced, and team growth environment
- Product and Engineering Driven: We strongly believe the quality of our Product will set us apart from the competition. We have a Product-led culture, with our Founders as our first engineers. Low tech debt has allowed us to scale the business with an extremely high caliber team.
